Information We Collect
When you telephone we note what is needed to find the property and come back to you: a name, a telephone number, the address, and whatever you tell us about the roof and the trees over it.
At the inspection we make our own record — measurements, the plane count, notes on each slope, photographs of anything found above or below the deck, and the written estimate that follows. Where work goes ahead, that record grows to include the agreed scope, the materials, the dates the crew was on site and the warranty registrations filed at the end.
This website has no contact form, no newsletter, no booking tool and no account to create. What we hold is what you told us on the telephone or at the property.
How We Use Your Information
To find the right property, carry out the inspection, write the estimate, order materials against it, schedule the crew, and complete the manufacturer inspection and warranty registration afterwards.
The property address is given to the manufacturer when a warranty is registered, because the registration is recorded against the property rather than against a person.
Measurements and photographs are kept so that a question about the job can still be answered years later, including by the manufacturer if a warranty claim is ever made.
We do not use any of it to advertise unrelated services and we do not sell it.
Cookies and Tracking
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising pixels and builds no profile of visitors. Your browser keeps its usual cache and clears it whenever you do.
How We Share Information
Suppliers receive quantities and a delivery address when materials are ordered. The manufacturer receives the property address and the details of the work when the warranties are registered. Where a permit is required, the relevant municipal office in Medford Township or the town concerned receives what the application asks for.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to bring or defend a legal claim. Nothing else is passed on, rented or sold.
Data Security
Estimates, measurements, photographs, job records and warranty registrations are held on password-protected devices and accounts, reachable only by the people working on your roof. No method of storage is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise, but the circle of access is deliberately small.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask what we hold about your property, ask for copies of the photographs and the registered warranty documents, or ask us to delete the record. Telephone the number on this site and ask.
You may decline to give us information, though a roof cannot be measured without an address to go to and a warranty cannot be registered without one.
Third-Party Links
Some pages link outward, usually to a manufacturer's own warranty documentation or installation literature. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we do not control them.
Children's Privacy
This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children and nothing here is aimed at them.
Changes to This Policy
A revised policy appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
