Roofing Services in Medford Township, NJ
Seven jobs, each with its own page. Out here they all take longer than the same job in a borough, because the roofs are bigger and the trees are closer.

Hardly anybody opens with a service name. They open with a limb that came down in February, a stain that appeared over a bathroom, or a quote from somebody else that seemed low. Any of those is a fine start and the right page gets settled on the call.
Each one on its own page
Roof Replacement
A measured tear-off on a large multi-plane roof, decked, dried in and reflashed plane by plane.
Read the page →Roof Inspections
A long look at a long roof, plane by plane and then from underneath, with everything found photographed and written out.
Read the page →Roof Repair
Work on the two or three places a big covering has actually failed, rather than a figure for replacing all eight planes.
Read the page →Roof Leak Repair
Following water back across a wide attic to the plane it is really entering through, which on a roof this size is rarely the obvious one.
Read the page →Storm & Hail Damage Roof Repair
Hail bruising, wind lift and limb strikes located by hand across all eight planes, then written up with dated photographs.
Read the page →Siding
The walls under a wide roofline, including the long soffit runs that the attic depends on for its air.
Read the page →Gutters & Downspouts
Long gutter runs under heavy tree cover, which fill faster here than anywhere and take the fascia with them when they do.

A full replacement here is handed over with two documents: a 25 to 30 year workmanship warranty backed by the manufacturer, and the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty covering the components as a system. Both are registered against the property once the finished roof has passed the manufacturer's inspection. The other six jobs on this list carry the ordinary guarantee of work done properly, not these two.
What we do not take on
Residential asphalt. Flat and low-slope membrane systems, standing seam, tile and anything over a shop or a warehouse belong to other trades, and we say so rather than learn on your building. Solar arrays come off and go back on with whoever installed them, because fitting around one without reflashing is exactly the sort of thing that voids a system warranty.
Let the inspection pick the job
On a roof this size it is usually quicker to look than to describe.
