Our Services
We carry out residential roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage repair, roof inspections, siding and gutter and downspout work for properties in Medford Township, New Jersey and the towns around it.
We do not undertake commercial roofing, low-slope membrane systems, metal roofing, solar installation, window or door work. Where a job falls outside what we do, we say so rather than attempt it.
Use of the Website
These pages are published so that homeowners can understand what the work involves and what the warranties cover. They describe general practice rather than your particular roof, and nothing here is a quotation or advice about a specific property.

Inspections and Estimates
The inspection and the written estimate that follows it are provided at no charge and place you under no obligation.
An inspection records what was visible and reachable on the day, above and below the deck. It is not an assurance about how a roof will behave afterwards and it says nothing about parts of a building that were not inspected.
Where something is found only once a covering is lifted — a soft deck, a rotten fascia, an earlier repair hidden underneath — work stops, it is photographed, and the change is agreed at the rate already stated on the estimate before anything further is done.
Warranties
Statements on this site about manufacturer warranties describe the manufacturer's own published programmes. Their terms, duration, conditions and transferability are set by the manufacturer and are contained in the registration documents issued when the work is complete, not by anything written on this website.
Registration of any such warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own requirements, including its inspection of the finished roof. Where a roof does not meet those requirements, we will say so rather than imply that a registration has been made.
Our own obligations for work carried out are those set out in the agreement for that work.
Permits
Where the township requires a permit, we apply for it and the fee appears as its own line on the estimate. Inspections required under that permit are arranged by us.
